cooking courses

A cooking cours for groups of 6 to 10 people takes one week, half board is included. Five afternoons of course, the rest is free time. You will prepare classical italian dishes as well as tipical meals from the region, every day a new 7-course-menue from starter to dessert, including home made bread and pasta. For each course the appropriate local vine will be chosen and explained by a Somelier.
Presence of an interpreter for foreign guests.
Every participant will receive a recipe-book of the prepared dishes.
